Sessions:
Sessions vary from 50-90 minutes in length, depending on interventions and client needs. 
 My therapeutic orientation believes that building a welcoming, trusting relationship facilitates the best therapeutic change and outcomes. Therefore, consistency and time is needed to establish this. I typically schedule patients weekly to start. 
Sessions are developed in collaboration with the client based on the client's goals and needs. For more detailed information about services involved in these one of a kind holistic session, please see below.

Insurance:
I do not currently accept insurance. I can provide a statement as an out-of-network provider for you to submit to your insurance company. Please note that all insurances are different and to check with your policy regarding reimbursement. 

Fees:
50-minute sessions: $150
90-minute sessions: $225 
*I also offer a limited number of reduced fee, sliding scale spots. If you need a reduced fee, please let me know when you contact me and we can work out the details prior to meeting.*

Payment:
I accept debit or credit cards. Card payment will be processed immediately following each appointment.
Please note that any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full appointment fee. I do offer a one-time free pass for the first late cancellations or missed appointment.
